"Thanks so much for facilitating today. I was nervous leading up to the meeting, but your involvement really made the difference in pulling together ideas/conversations from the past few weeks (and months). You have an amazing talent for asking the right questions to get to the right realizations...In talking with our leadership team afterwards, we now realize that we are headed down a better path."

You're awesome!

"The more I process our time together , the more I'm so glad we met. Things that will be part of my life forever are:

  1. Intent vs. Impact......it is not what I think my intent is.....what matters is the impact to the person.
  2. Being a ROLE MODEL......so I need to set the EXAMPLE, and want to be a GOOD LEADER.
  3. I can still be the same person but not invade other peoples SPACE.
  4. I have become a BETTER PERSON because of this experience.
  5. My awareness of my behavior is SO MUCH more apparent to me now.

I have always felt everything happens for a reason and you can learn from it......this now confirms those thoughts for me.

THANKS for ALL YOUR feedback.... it will positively impact me for a VERY long time!

I'm happy I went through what you helped me work through. It has been one of the BEST learning experiences I have ever been through......THANKS to YOU!"

Yellowbook; Cedar Rapids, IA and King of Prussia, PA

Yellowbook is the nation's oldest and largest phone directory publisher, which currently produces over 600 printed yellow books and a variety of digital directory products and services.

Kim Wilkerson has served as a consultant, coach, trainer and advisor to the company for 18 years, supporting its remarkable growth and development.

"I came to Yellowbook from retailing-at Kim's suggestion," recalls Patti Seda, Yellowbook's Vice President for Human Resources. "That was in 1988 when the company had around 250 employees. We needed everything: human resources policies, customer training, management consulting and coaching, meeting facilitation-Kim did it all, and continues to do it all. She is an amazing resource."

Seda says that Kim's role at Yellowbook is so longstanding and extensive that she is viewed more as a partner than as a consultant.

"We have grown from 250 people to over 8,000 and the remarkable thing is that Kim seems to know every one of them. She has trained literally every manager in the company over the past two decades," Seda says. "She very likely knows more managers here than anyone on the employee staff-she's an institution."

Seda says that Kim possesses many skills that have made her such a valuable resource to Yellow Book.

"She is a wonderful presenter and trainer who is able to engage an audience and help them understand often difficult concepts in a clear and enjoyable way. She's a great facilitator, and I don't believe we've ever had an important meeting without Kim as a key player: rallies, annual meetings, large employee sessions-she's always there and usually facilitates them, Seda says."

For her part, Kim feels a unique partnership with Yellowbook, stating, "This is an ideal client partnership. The people at Yellow Book are capable, committed and focused on the continued pursuit of maximizing the effectiveness of people, processes and productivity."
